To set up a profile service users must nominate a community manger whose name and email address are held on GetProven. Service users can update/delete this information as required. The contact information for service providers is stored on the backend of the platform and will not be visible to users of the site. Service Providers must provide three email addresses as references from FDI clients in order to be included in the IDA Service Provider Directory. These email addresses will be deleted once the reference has been checked.
