Intertrust Ireland was set up in 2009 by our current Managing Director Imelda Shine. Since 2009, the team based in Dublin has grown to over 100 staff supporting clients with middle and back-office services across corporate, capital markets and fund services.

Establishment Services

• Assist with the incorporation of the Company
• Register the Company for applicable taxes with the Revenue Commissioners
• Preparation of the Ultimate Beneficial Ownership Register (‘UBO Register”) as required by the EU legislation
• Assistance with bank account opening at the bank of the Company’s choosing

 Fiduciary Services & Corporate Support Services

• Provide one or more Irish resident directors to sit on the board of the Company
• Provision of a registered office for the Company
• Provision of a Company Secretary
• Hosting of board meetings of the Company and creation of minutes for the board meetings and annual general meeting of the Company
• Mail forwarding and other corporate administration assistance as requested
• File the Company’s annual statutory return with the Irish Companies Registration Office (CRO)

  Accounting and Tax Compliance Services

• Prepare annual statutory financial statements on behalf of the Company as are required to be filed under Irish legislation
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management accounts
• Arrange and co-ordinate annual audits with appointed auditors
• Prepare and file form 46G
• Liaise with local tax advisors to prepare the annual and preliminary corporate tax filling
• Prepare and file bi-monthly VAT filings
• Act as tax paying agent with Revenue & complete iXBRL tagging of the audited Financial Statements of the Company

Cash Management and Banking

• To act as point of contact with the bank, to amend signatories and other necessary documentation as required
• To act as authorized signatory and process payments via online banking facility

Payroll

• Monthly Payroll Preparation
• Revenue Payroll Notification/RPNs (registration of new employees & updating of employee tax allowances)
• Revenue reporting via Periodic Revenue Payroll Submission/RPSs (periodic update of all relevant details to Revenue)
• Monthly reconciliation (of Payroll Submissions and Monthly Statement as issued by Revenue)
• Processing of payment for the relevant taxes (based on the Revenue Monthly Statement)
• Revenue liaison as necessary

Share Plans Services- Trustee and Administration

• Employee Benefit Trust (EBT) establishment & managing EBT funding.
• Share subscriptions, sales and transfers
