Ogier came to market in Ireland as a result of a merger with Dublin-based commercial law firm Leman Solicitors LLP in March 2022, resulting in a combined firm offering legal services to the Irish market including corporate, real estate, dispute resolution and employment, and an international network providing banking, corporate and funds services.

The 90-strong team in Ireland, led by 14 partners, continues to develop its offering with a growth plan that deepens its existing thriving domestic capabilities and diversifies and extends its services to meet international and domestic client demand.
